1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan? ▼

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to all cities and towns across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta, and surrounding areas.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive? ▼

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp notification with your tracking details as soon as your parcel is shipped.

3. Are your products made of 100% real solid wood? ▼

Absolutely! All our lamps, decor items, and furniture pieces are handcrafted using 100% genuine solid wood (Teak / Sheesham / Seasoned Hardwood). We do not use cheap MDF or particle board.

4. What if my item arrives damaged or broken? ▼

We ensure 100% safe packaging. However, if your item is damaged in transit, simply inform us on WhatsApp (+92) within 24 hours with a picture/video of the parcel. We will send you a free replacement immediately.

5. Do the wooden lamps come with LED lights included? ▼

Yes, all wooden lamps come pre-installed with energy-efficient warm LED lights and a standard plug ready for immediate use in any wall socket.

6. How can I track my order status? ▼

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel anytime on the courier service portal (TCS / CallCourier / Leopard / Trax).
