1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy on all our solid wood lamps and antique home decor products across Pakistan.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Defective Items (Free Replacement)
All our items are packed with heavy multi-layer protective packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken during transit:
  • Inform our support team on WhatsApp (0325-2475177) within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a photo or short video showing the damaged item along with your order details.
  • We will send a brand-new replacement item to your doorstep at zero extra cost.
3. How to Process a Return or Exchange
  1. Contact Us: Send a message on WhatsApp at +92 325 2475177.
  2. Verification: Share your Order ID and photos of the product.
  3. Dispatch Item: Re-pack the item securely and ship it back to our address via any local courier service (TCS, Leopard, Trax, CallCourier).
4. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed promptly.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are transferred directly via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 2 to 3 working days. Standard delivery charges (Rs. 300) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Return requests made after 7 days of delivery, or products damaged due to customer misuse or deliberate alteration, are not eligible for return or exchange.
